Peanut protein bars
1 cup all natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
3 scoops of protein powder (I used Designer Whey All Natural French Vanilla)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together, and give it time. It WILL rehydrate after mixing a lot. That is the beauty of peanut butter – lot’s of natural oils. Mix until crumbly and put into a pan that is lined with plastic wrap. Press down with spoon, then smooth excess plastic wrap over the top. Press down further with your fist to form dense bars. Store in fridge for a couple hours until set.
