Cranberry protein bread
This makes 4 servings – I cooked it in a small ceramic dish.
1/2 cup almond flour or meal
1/4 cup oat bran
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
dash of cinnamon and vanilla
1 cup of cranberries
3 packets of NuNaturals no carb stevia
Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a dish of your choice (I used a small ceramic dish) and sprinkle some pecans on top. Put in a 400F oven for 20 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

do you use dried cranberries or fresh cranberries?
I used fresh in this recipe, but you can use either.
