Egg pizza

1 egg
2-3 egg whites (your preference)
garlic herb Mrs. Dash
salt
tomato sauce
any cheese you like

Whisk the eggs and spices together. Pour into a hot pan that is on medium heat and greased – I used a little coconut oil. Pour the egg mixture and do not touch until the edges are complete lose from the pan – most, if not all, of the egg should be cooked. Flip giant egg pancake over carefully, then add about 3 tbsp of your favorite tomato sauce and some cheese. I added goat cheese and 2% milk cheese.

Cover the pizza with a large pot lid and let it cook for about 2 mins. Then its done! Slide it off and enjoy :)

  1. Sup, does this taste pizza-ish, and can you eat it with your hands? Or is it more like a pizza-flavored open-face omelet?

    no its not like cauliflower pizza, you would need a fork and knife

    Yum! I made mini versions of this yesterday and they turned out great! They'd make good snacks to grab from the fridge but there were none left for leftovers ;)
