Broccoli slaw pasta
Put 1 tsp of EVOO in a pan to heat up. Throw in some diced onions and let them get translucent. Then add about 1 cup of broccoli slaw (1/3 of the bag) saute for about 5 mins, tossing frequently. You want the slaw to get soft, but not mushy. But you don’t want it too raw either! You want it “al dente” lol! I’ve just figured out how long through trial and error. Next, stir in whatever else you wanna add – I put in 1/2 cup low sodium marinara and 1/2 cup of ground turkey. Top with a little Parmesan cheese and i had a low carb tortilla on the side…YUMMY and filling!!
