Coconut butter
COCONUT BUTTER. wow you guys, if you’re paying $10 dollars to get coconut butter from whole foods, you’re overpaying. I got a bag of unsweetened coconut for 99 cents and threw it in my food processor.
Let it run for 5 minutes and it looked like this:
I added a tbsp of coconut oil and after 5 more minutes…COCONUT BUTTER!
1 bag = 1 small jar. YAY!! I’m totally making more tomorrow. Thanks to my sister for the food processor! Its a great one – it has suction cups on the bottom to keep it stable.
