Lemony dill salmon
2 lbs of wild salmon, skin on.
1 tbsp dill
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp german mustard
1 lemon
Sea salt to taste
Start by brush your salmon with the extra virgin olive oil, then the mustard. Make sure it’s evenly distributed. Then sprinkle the dill and salt all over the salmon. Take 1/2 the lemon and cut thinly. Arrange all over salmon. Then take the other 1/2 lemon and squeeze all over the salmon. Bake at 400F for about 25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
