Guiltfree fudge
I was reading HEAB’s blog and saw her “2 ingredient fudge” and I had to make it!
Luckily I had all the ingredients.
I took 1/2 a can of light coconut milk,
8 oz of unsweetened baker’s chocolate,
dash of salt, and
4 packets of no carb Nunaturals stevia.
Wow it came out so luscious and creamy. I never knew it would set up the way it does! Its amazing. Its solidifying more in the fridge right now.
I made a single serving of this last night! I had 1 oz of baker's chocolate and wanted to do something with it. 1 oz bakers chocolate, chopped up + 2 Tbs So Delicious unsweet coconut milk + 1/4 tsp Sweetleaf powdered stevia extract + 1/2 tsp coconut oil (could probably do 1/4 tsp). Nuked until melted then poured into silicone mini-muffin tins (I got three "muffins" out of it).
that is perfect! I need to make this again soon. It is so decadent!
