Chocolate protein macaroon cookies
100 g of shredded unsweetened coconut ( around 2 cups, loosely packed)
30 g Designer whey all natural double chocolate protein powder (1 heaping scoop or 3 tbsp)
10 g of cocoa powder (about 1 tbsp)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
30 g of almond butter (about 2 tbsp)
1/4 to 1/3 cup egg whites (add as needed to hold batter together)
10 drops of vanilla stevia (liquid)
Mix all dry ingredients together and add almond butter, stevia and egg whites last. Form into balls and put in a 350F oven. Cook for 12-15 minutes. These come out crispy and delish!



Ooh the almond butter is a really good idea…I added ground almonds to mine (for flavor) but I think the chewy ones would be really good with raw almond butter instead. Looooove macaroons!!
Frankly I think that’s absloutely good stuff.
