Cinnamon almond coconut butter
1.5 cups of whole raw almonds
1 cup of dried, unsweetened coconut
3 tsp of melted coconut oil
1 tbsp cinnamon
20 drops of vanilla stevia (NuNaturals)
1/4 tsp salt
Start by putting the coconut and almonds in your food processor. It will be very loud for about 1 min as the almonds are chopped.
After it is all finely milled – add coconut oil as it’s processing. About 2 mins later, it will be smooth and creamy. At this point, add the salt, stevia, and cinnamon (or anything else you like!)
Process for 1 more min, and scoop out!
