Amazing Apricot Ballz
Adapted from Toneitup.com protein bar recipe!
10 pieces of apricot (1/4 cup), chopped into pieces by hand or in a food processor
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp agave nectar
1 tsp melted coconut oil
1/4 cup protein powder – I used Designer Whey all natural vanilla PP
Mix up and roll into balls. Refrigerate for 30 mins and enjoy! Makes 10 ballz.
