Shrimp chana masala
Makes 2 servings
1 package of Tasty Bite chana masala
20 deveined/detailed cooked large shrimp – I buy the bulk shrimp from Whole Foods and defrost it in water
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
4 leaves of kale (I used dino kale), chopped
Cook chana masala according to the package, then place in a pot with cooked shrimp, low sodium chicken broth, and kale. Let simmer for 5 minutes, then serve with 1/4 lemon to squeeze on top! Serve with naan, rice, or whatever you want!
