Protein Cheesecake (doesn’t really taste like authentic cheesecake, but still good!) this is from the “New Rules of Lifting for Women” book:
3/4 cup Blueberries (frozen)
1/4 cup Raspberries, Frozen
1/2 cup Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt
15 oz Ricotta Cheese Part Skim
1/4 cup Sugar – Raw Turbinado
2 scoop Pure Isolate Whey Protein
3 tbsp 100% Egg Whites
1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
For the crust:I just blended some egg whites with old fashioned oats and then spread them in pie pan. I baked this at 450 F for about 15 mins until it got brown.This would taste better with more sugar or graham cracker added.
I added the filling to the crust which I also blended in a blender (all the other ingredients). I probably could have added more fruit and it would have tasted more tarte (what I like).
