Tuna cakes

This recipe is inspired by Meg’s salmon cake recipe!

1 – 12 oz can of chunk light tuna in water (drained really well – this is the giant can of tuna)
1 egg white
2 tbsp oat flour
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dill

Preheat oven to 400F and spray your pan with nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients together, form into patties. Cook for 15 to 20 mins at 400F.

I've been following Meg's blog, which just led me to yours. These look so damn good! I love baking things in the oven because it means minimal dishes. I'm definitely going to make these. My fiance would totally eat them too, which is a big plus. Thanks, girl! I guess I should also say thank you to Meg for the original recipe! I'll be trying them both. :)

By the way, just to formally introduce myself, I'm Jen.
