Kale chips

1 bunch of kale per person
garlic salt (or anything you like)
spray olive oil

Start by separating kale leaves from stalk. tear leaves apart after washing, then dry thoroughly. Spread on pan and spray with olive oil and top with any spices you like. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 400F…enjoy!
