Oat bran breaded buffalo chicken
Start with 2 lbs chicken tenders – soak in buffalo sauce (about 2-4 tbsp) for 1 hour in fridge.
Mix about 3/4 cup oat bran with:
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp chipotle chili powder (smokier and delish!)
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Put on baking sheet @ 400F for 20 mins!
