Single serve protein bar
I realize this is just a variation on all of my protein bar recipes, but its fast, easy, and delish!
1 scoop of protein powder (one you REALLY like) ~ 20g of protein
2 tbsp of old fashioned oats
2 tbsp of almond butter
2-3 tbsp of water
1 tsp of dried cranberries, or fruit of your choice
Mix protein powder, cranberries, oats and almond butter together until you get a powdery mixture.
Slowly add 1 tbsp of water at a time until you get a dough ball. For me, it took 3 tbsp, but it depends how much oil is in your almond butter.
Plop onto a piece of saran wrap.
Form into a bar and refrigerate until you’re ready to eat.
