Tuna pasta salad
80 g of macaroni pasta (around 1 cup dry I believe) – I use protein+ pasta
2 packets of tuna (12 oz total)
1 tbsp mayo
5 stalks of celery
2 tbsp lemon
2 tbsp of dried cranberries
2 tbsp of chopped sun dried tomatoes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt
pepper
Start by boiling your pasta. You can feel free to leave out the pasta as well. In a separate bowl, add in 5 stalks of celery, diced into small pieces, mayo, lemon, tuna, cranberries, and spices. Mix everything well together and add pasta once it has cooled. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Tastes better the second day!
