Lamb curry

Spice mix:

5 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

Into the crockpot:
1 can of diced tomato in juice
1/2 cup of coconut milk
3 lbs of lamb or goat (I used 1.5 lb lamb stew meat and 1.5 lb lamb sirloin)
1 onion, diced
1 head of collards, sliced into about 1 by 1in pieces
Spice mixture

Stir everything together in a crockpot and cook for 4 hours on high, then 3 hours on low. Serve onto of brown rice or cauliflower rice, or just eat like a stew. It’s amazing how much liquid comes out of this mixture! You can serve it on top of rice or dip naan bread into it.

It tastes great with some raw cilantro on top too.
