flax almond balls
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup shredded coconut
3 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp chocolate chips, I used dark chocolate
1/4 cup ground flax meal
Put all ingredients except flax meal into your food processor or blender. Turn on and blend until the mixture forms a “dough” (about 15s). Form into balls and then roll in the flax meal. They are so tasty and simple!
