Spicy sour slaw
1 bag of slaw mix veggies
Sauce:
2 tbsp mayo (I like Trader Joe’s brand. It doesn’t have a lot of weird ingredients) or sub greek yogurt.
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder (for the heat)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp coconut aminos, or soy sauce (adjust, depending on how salty your aminos/soy is)
1/2 tsp pepper
Toss and let marinate for an hour. The longer it marinates, the more tender it is, but you can also eat it right away.
