Paleo banana bread

Wet ingredients:

1 very ripe banana, mashed
2 eggs
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla

Dry ingredients:
1 cup flour (I used almond flour)
1/3 cup flaxseed meal
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp dried ground ginger
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Mix wet ingredients first, then add dry ingredients and mix well. Put in a loaf pan (mine was 7×10 I believe) and bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the inside isn’t spongy.

    Gonna make this very soon (probably tonight) since I have to use up some bananas…no sweetener at all? Just the 1 banana? TIA! Just wanted to be doubly sure :)
