Mom’s pasta salad
1 bag mixed color pasta
1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives (as much as you want), I chop around 25 olives
1/4 cup Feta cheese, if French feta, I add more. If Bulgarian I add less because it is sharp.
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1 tbsp sun dried tomato pesto
Salt, pepper, lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, Dry basil (if you have fresh, it will taste better)
Anything else you want to add to it. You can add green olives instead of black kalamata olives.
Mix it up and eat it right away!
