Mom’s shawarma

I’m sorry the instructions aren’t very detailed, my mom doesn’t use exact measurements!

Skirt steaks (or thin steak) cut into strips.

Spices (see picture)
Sauce:
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Worcestershire  sauce
½ tablespoon crushed garlic

Marinate steaks for 4 hours in sauce, bake in oven (350) degrees for 1 hour or you can cook on stove in juice until all juice is gone and it gets crispy.

In Pita bread: spread some hummus (I get it already made). Add meat pieces, tomatoes, turnip pickles (or any other kind of pickle you like), chopped italian parsley, tahini  sauce  (mix 1 tablespoon spoon of tahini (sesame sauce)  with 1 cup yogurt, add some salt).
